We'll start by addressing my little Hiatus. In light of a few projects I have going, the loss of my mother and grandson some time back, and the consistant drive to keep myself reasonable by continuing to write and remaining in the health care system concurrently, I took a little time away from blogging. Well, since we have experienced one of the greatest and most historical moments in American history, I have a whole lot to talk about. Let's address a few things.
The cartoon reference with Obama and the Monkey.
The Barnes and Noble display with the children's book cover of a Monkey mixed in with the written works of our President and First Lady.
Bernie Madoff (Bernard L. Madoff) making out with stolen money for decades.
The woman who, not being infertile, not having a career, not having a man, managed to convince a physician to fertilize multiple eggs and ends up having a litter of eight children at once. Her grand total of children being fourteen. Six just didn't do it for her.
Here is one I like; the Governor of North Carolina rejects the stimulus package referring to it as an ineffective bandaid. Now, I'm not an economist, by any stretch of the imagination. However, I do realize, that if we take the ground beef and make a pot of chili with it, we can feed the whole family of five instead of just two.
Michael Jackson has major tour dates in the UK from July through September, and January through February. He's baaaaaaaaack.
The American public school system, how about it. Segregation - pros and cons; Desegregation - pros and cons.
Ok, those are the topics we can have a little fun with...or not.
